Heather Sanderson CEO/Owner

Heather started Overture, LLC in 2001 as the Managing Member of the company, bringing not only her entrepreneurial skills and spirit with her, but also a wealth of operational and financial expertise. Prior to founding Overture, Heather was CFO of an ASI industry supplier with five different divisions located in Texas and California, for ten years. Heather started her career working as an accounting manager for a local food distributor with company sales of approximately $10 million and eventually managed the operational side of the business. As CEO and owner of Overture, Heather uses her business expertise to lead the management team and company with a long-term business strategy based on a foundation of controlled growth. Even as Overture continues to grow, she is a permanent member of the company's Mentor Program passing her ad specialty expertise on to the next generation.

Under Heather's leadership, Overture has grown from a small, start-up business to one of the industry's leading promotional marketing companies as attested to by its inclusion in the Top 50 Distributors for four consecutive years. Founding Overture in 2001 with just 3 employees and a small office space, Heather's dedication coupled with her business management expertise grew the company to the leader it is today, composed of 48 employees and year-after-year revenue growth, all housed in an exceptional 70,000 square foot building. Heather attributes Overture's continued success and ability to weather the current economic downturn to the incomparable staff that surrounds her.
