Top 50 Distributor

Overture Premiums and Promotions has consistently been ranked as a Top 50 Distributor by Promotional Marketing.

"We're thrilled to be recognized by our own industry," explains Overture Founder and CEO, Heather Sanderson. "Our long-term strategy of controlled growth, innovative ideas and excellent project management have benefited every customer and every employee in this economic crisis. We did not over extend our resources which is enabling us to be able to successfully weather this storm. Once again, inclusion in the Top 50 demonstrates that our corporate philosophy - that successful businesses manage relationships not just products and services - can accomplish great results even in poor market conditions."

Best Places to Work

Our clients love working with us because our employees love what they do. Year after year, Overture is ranked as one of the Best Places to Work by Counselor Magazine among its 23,000 member firms.

The Best Places to Work program is conducted annually by ASI's Counselor magazine, and is comprised of an in-depth survey process completed by employees of a nominated company. This year's program included more than 250 nominated companies. The completed surveys are scored and weighted by Quantum Market Research, an independent research company, and ranked for inclusion in the top 50 list. In order to qualify, each company had to meet a certain benchmark percentage of the amount of employees who responded to the survey based on a sliding scale of how many people a company employs.

Overture Premiums & Promotions is proud to be one of an estimated 10.4 million privately-held women-owned firms in the United States. Women-owned companies are one of the largest growing domestic segments with a 42.3 percent growth rate from 1997 to 2006 which is nearly double the rate for all privately-held businesses in the US.

Overture's commitment to diversity, however, extends beyond our woman-owned ownership. As we help our clients to support their diversity purchasing initiatives, we in turn help to promote the growth of diversity in the business community at large. Our dedication to promote diversity is evident in our employee base, supplier base and client roster.
