Impact

Doing good is
kind of our thing

We won’t pretend we’re neutral about this part: we love it. Building greener programs, investing in diversity and inclusion, and giving back to our community is the kind of work we’d do even if no one was keeping track.

300K+

Trees planted to date.

Every forest starts with a single tree. Through our partnership with Veritree, we've planted hundreds of thousands of them, and seeded ~12,000 kelp to bring our coastlines back to life.

The Numbers

Numbers that actually check
out

Every number on this page is the real deal, and we can pull the documentation to back it up. You won’t find vague pledges or stock-photo seedlings here, just measurable outcomes from the last year and the last decade.

Sustainability

Sustainability that holds up to
scrutiny

We treat sustainability the same way we treat security: with receipts. Where we’ve measured our impact, we show the number. Where we haven’t, we say so. A claim we can’t back up isn’t worth making.

Sustainability is an operating discipline, not a marketing line: we offer measurable carbon reduction, audited supply chains, a curated library of sustainable alternatives, and the documentation to back it all up.
300K+

Trees planted to date, in partnership with Veritree.

We started the program in 2019 to support reforestation efforts with tree planting attributable to client programs. Plantings are verified by our reforestation partner and reported on annually. Next milestone: half a million trees by 2028.

// Sustainable product library

A curated catalog of lower-impact alternatives.
Organic cotton, recycled polyester, FSC-certified paper, post-consumer recycled plastics, biodegradable materials, and upcycled products are available across apparel, drinkware, print, packaging, and more.

// Packaging reduction

Packaging that earns its weight.

Community

Local roots, larger footprint

Our HQ sits in Waukegan, Illinois, on the traditional lands of the Potawatomi, Chippewa, and Ottawa peoples. We call this place home, and we don’t take that lightly.

We show up for our neighbors here, and we carry that same commitment to every community our team and our clients call home. Wherever there’s good to be done, we’d rather show up than sit it out.

A Safe Place, Lake County, IL

A Safe Place is the only organization in Lake County offering comprehensive domestic-violence services, from shelter and counseling to legal advocacy and economic empowerment. It’s some of the work we’re proudest of.

Diversity & Inclusion

A team that reflects the world we work in

We’re a Minority Business Enterprise, and we have the regional awards for diversity leadership to back it up. We hire for taste, judgment, and points of view that challenge our own, because the best work never comes from a room full of people who think alike.

It shows up in who we are, who we hire, and who we partner with.

MBE

Certified Minority Business Enterprise

Certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, our MBE status means spend with us counts toward your enterprise Tier 1 supplier-diversity targets, backed by the reporting your procurement team needs.

For Clients

Looking for merch that does more ?

Many of our clients are working toward their own sustainability goals, and they want their merch programs to support those commitments rather than undermine them. We can help, in three ways:

// 01

♺

Sustainable Product Sourcing
For brands with sustainability mandates, we build merch programs around eco-friendly materials, certified-sustainable suppliers, and lower-impact decoration methods, and we price the conventional option right alongside them so you’re always choosing with eyes open.

// 02

∑

Carbon Reporting
We provide enterprise clients carbon and impact reporting upon request, making it easy to fold your branded-merchandise spend into your own sustainability reporting across all three emissions scopes.

// 03

♥

Cause-Marketing Programs
